The Vintage Brass performs as a brass quintet. Our members
are
active in many other
organizations which often creates scheduling
conflicts. To assure that we can meet our
performing obligations we
have alternate players for each instrument.

David McCormick |
Career began as a tuba player in the United States |

high school, college and orchestral director, and a |

university administrator. HE is an active tuba |

player, guest conductor, lecturer, clinician and |

adjudicator in many parts of Europe and America. |

Ross Shaver |
Ross is a snowbird from Ontario, Canada. A |

graduate of the University of Manitoba, he was a |

school band director for 34 years. Currently he |
| |
plays in the Lee County Community Band and the |

Kitchener Musical Society Band. He directed the |
| |
Seven Lakes Chorus for 5 years and plays with |

big bands in the area. |
